I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for the following data.
Have you measured air quality in the last twelve months across the authority in the last 12 months (September 2022 - September 2023)?
If so, were there any samples in that period where measurements fell outside of air quality regulations? (The Air Quality (England) Regulations 2000 and the The Air Quality Standards Regulations 2010).
If so, can you provide the date(s) and location(s) of the measurement that failed to meet regulations?
