Foreign Government Pensions

In certain circumstances, we are able to sign a ‘Proof of Life’ certificate in order for the resident to continue to receive their pension from a Foreign Government.

The cost for this is £25 per signature/stamp. This price is valid for the financial year 2026-2027.

We currently offer a walk-in service at Maidenhead Register Office, Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead SL6 1RF on Monday-Fridays between the hours of 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm.

It is also possible to arrange an appointment at Windsor Register Office within Windsor Library. This office has very limited opening hours. Please email registrar@rbwm.gov.uk to make an appointment.
