Reservation of a grave space

• Oakley Green Cemetery: it is possible to reserve both full-size burials and cremation plots. 
• Braywick Cemetery: it is only possible to reserve cremation plots. 
  Full-size burial plots cannot be reserved under any circumstances.  
• Windsor Cemetery: it is only possible to reserve cremation plots.  
  Full-size burial plots cannot be reserved under any circumstances.

Plots are reserved for a period of seven years and are renewable thereafter at a 50% reduction of the reservation fee at the time of renewal.

If a reserved grave is used before the seven-year reservation period has expired, no refund is payable.  

If notification to renew is not made to the cemetery office within two months of the expiry date, the grave in question can be offered for sale.

The onus to renew is on the person who made the initial reservation.

RBWM cemetery service is not responsible for issuing notification that a reservation is about to expire.
