CALA Homes submitted the planning application for Elizabeth Quarter in December 2023 following a number of consultation events.
The site will deliver more than 1,400 homes, including 30% affordable, as well as a new primary and secondary school, public open space, community hub and supporting infrastructure.
The golf club offers a highly sustainable location to provide housing in the borough with excellent transport links including short walking distance to Crossrail services at Maidenhead railway station and the wider town centre amenities.
