The Royal Borough’s joint venture partner for the Maidenhead Golf Club site is CALA Homes.
CALA Homes received outline planning permission for Elizabeth Quarter in December 2025.
The site will deliver up to 1,500 homes, including 30% affordable, as well as a new primary and secondary school, public open space, local centre, community hub and supporting infrastructure.
The golf club offers a highly sustainable location to provide housing in the borough with excellent transport links including short walking distance to Crossrail services at Maidenhead railway station and the wider town centre amenities.
