This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (2686-502 Rev C), which reflects a general refurbishment, changes to fixed seating and revised position of bin store.
Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.
Locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment.
Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time.
To remove the following conditions, which are now out of date;
i) The premises will respect Spirit Groups Approach to responsible drinking. Our policies change at regular intervals to reflect current trends and it would be inappropriate to standardise them on a permanent basis.
ii) Public safety is integral to the way that the Spirit Group runs it business and is reviewed regularly through our health and safety policy. This policy is fully briefed and trained to all management and staff and we will continue to train our staff to the standards required by relevant legislation.
iii) A no smoking area will be provided.
iv) Soft drinks and non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
To add the following conditions;
i) Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment and materials will be kept on site, regularly checked and kept in an easily accessible place for staff.
ii) All exit routes will be kept unobstructed, with non-slippery and even surfaces, free of trip hazards and clearly signed.
iii) The kitchen extraction unit will not be used after 10pm on any day. All operating times, licensable activities and all other conditions authorised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unchanged
