Summary of application

The proposed variation is to replace condition 8 Annex 2:

‘Noise arising from any PA or amplified live music, vocalisation, live or recorded event transmission, film or video display, gaming machine or any other source shall not be played at a level which gives rise to public nuisance to the occupants of any properties in the vicinity.’

with the new proposed condition:

‘The premises licence holder shall ensure for any outdoor event there is a noise management plan which follows the Code of Practice for Environmental Noise Control at Concerts.’
