The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has now adopted the Borough Wide Design Guide Thursday 25 June 2020 which supports Local Plan policies by setting out in detail what the Council considers to be design excellence in the Royal Borough. The Design Guide will help guide a major step change improvement in the quality of new development and places created across the Royal Borough and provide guidance to council members, officers, developers and local communities on how to ensure future development has the required high quality and inclusive design to create beautiful places that function well.
The Borough Wide Design Guide consultation ran from Thursday 14 March 2019 until 6pm on Thursday 25 April 2019.
