Disposing of your real Christmas tree

If you have a garden waste subscription, you can cut up your real Christmas tree and put it in your green bin for collection on your normal collection day. Christmas trees left next to the bin will not be collected. There are no collections of green bins week commencing Monday 28 December 2020 or Monday 4 January 2021.

This year, there is an opportunity to support two local Hospices when you dispose of your Christmas Tree.

Alexander Devine Children's Hospice and Thames Hospice are offering collections in parts of the borough on certain times between Thursday 7 and Sunday 10 January 2021 in return for a donation to help support the great work they do.

Details of their collections and how to book can be found on their websites below.
