We collect information from an online form completed requesting bulbs for the community bulb planting scheme. The data is provided by the subject on behalf of their community group.

How we use the information provided
We use your personal data to enable us to provide you with daffodils for planting in our area. We confirm the details by email, post or phone.
Who has access to the information about you
We share your community group name, the number of bulbs you have and what date you want to collect them with Braywick Heath Nurseries who distribute the bulbs on our behalf.

How long we store your information
We store your details for up to two years so that we can invite you to plant more bulbs in subsequent years. Some groups skip a year and want to take part again the following year.
