The outreach team and community wardens are working extended hours to ensure we reach any rough sleepers who are not yet engaged in our Rough Sleeper Pathway. If you are concerned about someone sleeping rough in the borough, please make a referral through streetlink.
Alternatively, if you see anyone rough sleeping you can make direct contact with the team on the duty number 01628 683803 or email firstname.lastname@example.org – we will make every effort to make contact with all rough sleepers and bring them in from the streets via the pathway or reconnection.
