Nadine joined RBWM Property Company in January 2018.
As an adept Head of Compliance and Operations, Nadine has a well-rounded skill set in Corporate Governance and has honed talents in working with Boards and committees by providing strategic advice as well as working collaboratively with leadership teams to provide sound advice.
She is a recognised expert in leadership and a communicative collaborator. Her previous roles have strengthened her capabilities in critical thinking and management, including a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Nadine possesses a wealth of experience dealing with a diverse range of people and requests from Board Directors, Company Directors, MP’s, Councillors, Local Authorities, solicitors and members of the public. She has a clear understanding of the different roles of Board Members and Senior Management and has been supporting directors and businesses at a senior level for over 25 years.
With her approach to lead by example in terms of integrity, performance and quality of service she is able to turn her skills to almost any tasks for the greater good of the business by looking at the bigger corporate picture, and how the organisation delivers service to both its internal and external customers and stakeholders.
