Malcolm is a Chartered Surveyor and founding director of Kempton Carr Croft a firm of Chartered Surveyors which has been based in Maidenhead for over thirty years and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Malcolm has extensive knowledge of the property market both within the town and more widely over the south east region and indeed nationally.
Throughout his 40 year career, Malcolm has worked with a wide variety of private and institutional clients. Over the years he has concentrated his professional activities on a variety of valuation issues, together with commercial agency, commercial property management and landlord and tenant matters relating to both residential and commercial property, together with providing development advice to a wide range of clients including most of the major housebuilders.
Malcolm has lived within the Maidenhead area for most of his life and bought up his family in White Waltham where he still lives. He has over the years been involved in extracurricular activities including school governorships, charity work and more recently a member of PRoM. In his spare time Malcolm plays golf and is a keen walker and rugby fan.
