Where can I receive counselling?

There are two counselling services within the Royal Borough, one is in Maidenhead and the other in Windsor.  Both services are person centred in approach and offer free confidential counselling to all members of the community.  They were both set up to work with young people, 11 to 25, however it is the policy of both not to turn anyone away as they recognise the need for freely available counselling.  All Counsellors are trained and work to an appropriate level, they are all rigorously supervised to ensure that their work is safe and ethical.  Both organisations are members of the BACP and all the Counsellors are guided by their ethical guidelines for good practice.
Appointments are made by calling the respective agencies and we try to make appointments as quickly as possible.
