What about confidentiality?

No one outside Youth Counselling is given information about you unless you wish it. This even applies when someone else has asked you to come along, e.g. your parents, your doctor, a social worker, etc. If someone else made the first appointment for you, they will normally have been told that anything you say, or even that you have been to the service at all, will be given complete confidentiality.
