What will happen when I phone?

If you phone during office hours you will be able to make an appointment, which will usually be within a week to ten days of phoning. If you phone when we are closed you will be able to leave a message on our answerphone. This will be responded to as soon as the office is open again. You can be sure of a friendly reception when you phone, and someone who will listen to you even if it is difficult for you to explain what you want.
