Use recycled paper whenever possible in printers, photocopiers and for general office use.
Don't waste paper :
use electronic mail
double side photocopying
try to use less by circulating information rather than giving everyone a separate copy
use the back of old documents for notepads
Ensure any waste paper created is sent to be recycled. You will be amazed at how much paper waste is produced in the office and it is a shame to simply throw it away.
Buy refillable or remanufactured toner cartridges for printers and photocopiers and ensure all used ones are returned for refilling or recycling.
Try to adopt an environmental purchasing policy.
Use envelope 'reuse' labels rather than buying new envelopes.
