Refuse Collection
The Waste Management Unit is responsible for ensuring that a waste collection is provided to all domestic properties.
This service is currently provided by private sector contractors Veolia. The Council's Waste Management Unit monitors the contractor to ensure a reliable and high quality service.
The Council does not directly provide a trade or business waste service. Refuse collections from commercial and industrial premises are available from several private companies. A charge will be made for this service.
