What happens if my recycling is not collected?

Unfortunately, from time to time, the crew can make a mistake and overlook a bin. If your bin is missed, please let us know, where missed collections are reported before 12 noon, arrangements will be made for a collection crew to return and empty the bin on the same day the report was received. Where a missed collection is reported after 12 noon, arrangements will be made for a collection crew to return and empty the bin by 4.00 pm on the following day.
