If you haven't reached your limit, you can report any missed credit to RecycleBank by email (you'll find the 'Send Message' link in your secure online account), or by calling RecycleBank. If you missed out on your points because of mechanical or technical problems, please call RecycleBank Customer Care on 0800 077 6009 as you may receive a points credit based on the average recycling rate for your collection route.
