Commercial Waste

The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead does not directly provide any of the following services:

• commercial waste collections
• trade bins
• commercial disposal sties
• special trade collections
• commercial clinical collection or
• skip services.

Instead it advises businesses, trade and commercial or industrial premises to make contact with a private company that is able to offer services. A number of companies are commonly listed under in the Waste Disposal Services section of Yellow Pages. These companies will charge appropriately.

The Authority provides a disposal site for businesses to deposit waste at Stafferton Way, Maidenhead. Traders will be asked to visit the weighbridge where material will be weighed and charged for accordingly.

Charges

 £88 (+ vat) per tonne.
(Minimum charge of £25 + vat).
Green waste only is charged at £52 (+ vat) per tonne.
There is no charge for clean paper and cardboard only.

This site will be open seven days a week between the hours of:
0730hr and 1830hr (1st Apr to 31st Oct)
0730hr and 1630hr (1st Nov to 31st Mar).
Site is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

No asbestos, paints,chemicals, fluroescent tubes, batteries, oils, electrical goods, clinical and hazardous waste can be accepted at this site.
