Garden Green Waste -
The Council promotes and encourages 'home composting' and offers compost bins at a reduced price. Details of these bins and how to order one are available via the link at the bottom of this page.
Larger quantities of green waste can be taken to the Civic Amenty Site in Stafferton Way in Maidenhead where a collection point has been created. The material collected here is centrally composted.
The Authority also offers a collecton services for green waste material.

Gas Cylinders -
Empty cylinders belong to the manufacturer and should be returned to your local dealer.
A secure compound is also provided at the Civic Amenity Site at Stafferton Way in Maidenhead where single cylinders may be deposited.

Glass -
All glass bottles and jars can be recycled via the household collection service using the purple boxes.
