Various styles including hip hop, pom and prop jazz are introduced to the classes which are age split to ensure you can enjoy learning new skills with friends.

Training consists of skill related exercises, aerobic endurance drills and team building practices. Game experience is achieved through friendly inter leisure centre competition and for the older girls it provides an opportunity to represent their lesiure centre in the Charters Youth Netball League. Adult netball is also available throughout the week.
