All classes in the new 1st floor SkyZone gym. Please ensure you have a towel and a drink for the class. All first time cyclists, please arrive early to be advised on correct bike set up. Indoor cycling is an intense workout. Please be sure to be well hydrated and have eaten sufficiently during the day to sustain energy.

Come and try our popular Fitness Classes. Whether you're just starting out or experienced, we've a class for you.
Studio classes are on a first come first served basis (Excluding Yoga and Mat Pilates classes - booking procedures below). Booking and payment can only be made, in person, up to a maximum of 2 hours prior to the start of the class.
Yoga & Pilates - booking is recommended and can be made up to 7 days in advance by members and advantage card holders and 2 days in advance by non advantage card holders. Please have your WM reference number ready when making telephone bookings
Yoga and Pilates - No charge will be levied if 24hrs notice of cancellation is given. If less than 24hrs is given and your place in the class cannot be filled, then full charge is payable. (including BodyZone members)
Suitable footwear and clothing is essential for all classes to help you gain the most from your exercise session. Please ask your instructor for advice.
For your personal safety, Windsor Leisure Centre implements a health screening process. All class participants must complete a screening questionnaire and have their blood pressure checked. Please inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancy or special medical conditions that you may have before the class.
Class participants will not be admitted if over 10 minutes late as the warm up is an important part of the session
