With our selection of multi-functional rooms and purpose built meeting room,
combined with our extensive opening hours we are able to offer you more choice
than any other local venue. If you are looking for a venue that will
comfortably accommodate up to 20 people, we have the Thames Room at
Windsor Leisure Centre.
The Thames Room is part of our recently
extended facilities and as such has had full presentation facilities
installed.
An additional benefit of these facilities is that you can combine your visit for a meeting with some relaxation after by using BodySpa for a Sauna, Steam and Swim at discounted rates.
A large airy room located at the east end of the building, quiet, ground floor room with views of the riverside gardens.
1st floor room overlooking the Leisure Pool; used for classes such as Aerobics and Junior Ballet, but can also be used to seat approximately 60 people for lectures.
Set next to the Leisure Pool with a view out to the river Thames the Shallows can transform into classroom, meeting room or general function room with its own access to a patio and to the gardens. (currently not available Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm)
At 1024sq metres, its a great space for exhibitions & shows. Through outside companies we offer Weddings and have successfully held events such as, Dance & Martial Arts Championships, Natural Health & Healing Show, Craft Shows, Job Fairs, Tribute Band evenings and Dinner/Dance Nights.

Where participation by children or young persons in any capacity, that is not supervised or controlled by their parents/guardians or Centre, the hirer must then be able to satisfactorily demonstrate they comply with requirements of The Protection of Children Act 1999 and to such other conditions as the Centre may impose under the said requirements.
