At ''ONE'' personal training based at the Windsor Leisure Centre, we believe that you have only ONE Body, ONE Mind, ONE Life and they are worth investing in! At ONE we have the team that can help. With 12 personal trainers specialising in everything from weight loss and resistance training to 1-1 Yoga/Pilates, to sport massage and posture/injury rehabilitation, we work holistically with the philosophy that through motivation, education and support we will get you to reach your goals.

We will get you to enjoy your training, whilst achieving the shape of your life both physically and mentally. We live in tough times in which stress, worry and fatigue are enemies many people battle with every day.
