Sauna/Steam Admission Charges

Entry fees for non-advantage card holders are £2.30 per adult per session. (Off Peak Times Monday to Friday 6.30am - 4pm only)

*Non residents must purchase an annual Advantage Card

All the above prices are for Advantage Card holders and include a swim.

Our rejuvenating Body Spa Relaxation Suite offers you the perfect tranquil space for everyday stresses and strains to simply melt away.

By combining the detoxifying qualities of heat and humidity, our Sauna Cabin and Steam Rooms will help you feel cleansed, refreshed and ready to take on the world, and why not then take a revitalising dip in one of our amazing Fitness, Leisure or Spa Pools.

Membership

With no joining fee and a variety of membership for our Body Spa Relaxation Suite and BodyZone (our state of the art gym), you can now choose the payment option and membership that suits your lifestyle best.

Simply ask our Membership Administrator or a member of the team to find out more.

Safety Information and notes:

• Sauna and steam facilities are only available to those 18 years of age and over.
• All Sauna Cabin and Steam Room guests will be given a wrist band on entry which must be visible during the entire visit.
• Do not use Sauna or Steam facilities if you feel unwell.
• Use of these facilities can be dangerous and is strictly forbidden if you have been drinking alcohol or are using certain medication. Please check with a member of the team if unsure.
• If it is your first visit you are advised to restrict your time in the heat/humidity and build up gradually. Please consult a member of staff on arrival.
• Women should not use the facilities if they are or think they are pregnant without first consulting a doctor.
• Car parking charges will apply.
