All Sauna & Steam room users must only be used by persons aged 16 years and over. Users are issued with a wrist band at point of sale. Please ensure this is clearly visible during your visit to the Leisure centre (the wristband is not transferable).
Use of the facilities can be dangerous and is strictly forbidden if you have been drinking alcohol and are using certain prescribed medication. Women should not use the Sauna & Steam rooms if they are (or think they may be) pregnant without first consulting their doctor.
