Windsor and Eton Relief Road (WERR)

The Windsor and Eton relief road and Clarence Road roundabout road improvements scheme (WERR) is being carried out to ensure the relief road remains safe for users and to bring the road up to today's current standards, while Clarence Road roundabout is being redesigned to improve the flow of traffic through this key junction.

A key priority throughout the works is to minimise, as far as possible, the impact on local residents, businesses and motorists. Every effort is being make to minimise works noise. However these are major road works and will inevitably impact on road users and residents. We hope that you will bear with us while this essential work is carried out.

The work is due to be completed by April 2011.
