The petroleum licence application form and accompanying
notes are availble via the relevant on-line form:
- Application for a Licence to Store Petroleum Spirit and/or Petroleum Mixtures
- Application for Renewal of Licence to Store Petroleum Spirit/Mixtures
- Application to Transfer of Petroleum Licence

Petroleum Licence fees from 1 May 2008, valid until 31 May 2009
Licence to keep petroleum spirit of a quantity fee:
| Description | Price |
| Not exceeding 2,500 litres | £40 per annum |
| Exceeding 2,500 litres but not exceeding 50,000 litres | £55 per annum |
| Exceeding 50,000 litres | £115 per annum |
| Transfer | £8 |
