The petroleum licence application form and accompanying notes are availble via the relevant on-line form:
- Application for a Licence to Store Petroleum Spirit and/or Petroleum Mixtures
- Application for Renewal of Licence to Store Petroleum Spirit/Mixtures
- Application to Transfer of Petroleum Licence
Please complete, print and sign this form and return to us. Do not send the fee to us at this time.
Petroleum Licence fees valid until December 2011
Licence to keep petroleum spirit of a quantity fee:

|---|---|
| Not exceeding 2,500 litres | £42 per annum |
| Exceeding 2,500 litres but not exceeding 50,000 litres | £58 per annum |
| Exceeding 50,000 litres | £120 per annum |
| Transfer | £8 |
