New Moon by Stephenie Meyer
New Moon is the sequel to Twilight and continues the story of Bella Swan. To say any more would give the game away but as with Twilight it captures brilliantly the emotional intensity of first love. Oh and it's not just Vampires in this one..

Set in Stone by Linda Newbery
This is a story set in the late nineteenth century and is absolutely beautifully written. A young and naive art tutor, Samuel Godwin, joins the Farrow family as a tutor to the wild and beautiful Marianne and her sister Julianna. Samuel becomes infatuated not only with Marianne, but also with finding the exceptional stone mason who fashioned the sculptures at their home, Fourwinds. But, what Samuel discovers is not what he had expected and the full tragedy hidden behind the walls of Fourwinds is revealed.
"To handle stone is to handle the stuff of life and death..."

Frozen Fire by Tim Bowler
Dusty is at home by herself late at night when she gets a phone call. The caller says he has dialled her number randomly and just wants someone to talk to as he tries to kill himself. But, the caller says things that a random caller could not know - lucky guesses, or is there something more to it? And what about Josh, Dusty's older brother? He just disappeared one day. Could the caller know what happened to him? And what about the snow - why does the snow burn white?
This is a hugely gripping and thoroughly entertaining supernatural thriller!
