Supporting People - Access to Local Services

Below is a list of the client groups funded by the Supporting People Programme within the Borough. For information on the services that are currently being provided and how to access them, please choose from any of the related links located on the right hand side of this page.

• People with a Learning Disability
• Homeless People with Support Needs
• People with Mental Health Problems
• Victims of Domestic Abuse
• Young People at Risk
• People with Autism
• Substance Mis-Users
• Physical Disability Sensory Impairment
• And the Home Improvement Agency - Repair with Care

If there is no availability on the service you may still be able to access it in the future as the gatekeeper of the service will ensure a waiting list is maintained or they may be able to offer you alternative help if you have an urgent need.
