Adult Plan - Implementation

Following the completion of the 10-year strategic vision for Adult Care Services, the Adult Plan, there are a number of Joint Local Delivery Plans (JLDP's) that have been drafted in order to deliver the strategic priorities.

Please find below an electronic link that will take you to the JLDP's.  We are requesting that you take a detailed look at the plans that are in your area of interest.  Should you be aware of further actions that will need to be included in order to have a robust action plan, please insert and highlight additional actions in the comments section.

We are in consultation about the JLDP, and we are aware that you may have other networks who would also wish to contribute, therefore where it is appropriate, please can you spread the word about the consultation process through various meetings and forums that you attend.

Finally, where there is no lead person identified against an action in the JLDP, and you are aware of the most suitable lead, please can you add these in the comments section. Similarly if you would like to be involved as a key partner please let us know so that we can ensure that you are included.
