Meeting Immediate Needs Team (MINT)
The MINT, staffed by rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social workers, provides urgent social care and rehabilitation to people in their own homes. You will be assessed at least weekly by this multidisciplinary team to check your progress against the treatment programme which will have been agreed with you at the start of the service.
