Description: The East Berkshire Psychotherapy Service offers psychodynamic psychotherapy consultation, assessment and treatment to patients over the age of 18 living in East Berkshire. Individual and group psychodynamic psychotherapy, and Cognitive Analytic Therapy are available. The service is small (total 3.5 WTE staff), being comprised of one Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychotherapy, one full-time Psychotherapist and three part-time Psychotherapists.

You can access our services through: your GP or mental health professional. Referrals to be in writing to the below address. It is helpful to indicate the presenting problems, history, background and the reasons the patient is presenting at this time, as well as the history of contact with mental health and other services.
