Description: Provides support, education and advice to professionals in primary care services to aid appropriate referrals to a range of specialist, independent and voluntary sector services. Also provides psycho-educational groups and workshops for primary care clients.
Common conditions treated: services are for people with mild to moderate conditions such as anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, personality disorders, and or phobias.

You can access our services through: GPs, Community Mental Health Team, Healthcare professionals or Self-referral (depending on which program the client is requiring).
