Description: this is a multidisciplinary team providing intensive treatment to adults experiencing acute mental health problems or crises. Treatment is provided in service users' own homes, with the aim of preventing admission to a psychiatric in-patient unit.

We can provide intensive support which may include several home visits to a service user per day. The Home Treatment team can refer the service user to other appropriate services once the crisis is resolved.
