Children with Disabilities

The Children with Disabilities Team

We aim to provide a variety of good quality services, which will enable the child to achieve the optimal independence. This will be achieved by supporting the child's family and carers. We aim to do this in partnership with health and education authorities, and the voluntary sector by recognising the child as a unique individual, who has additional long-term needs.
