The Social Services Directorate of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) provides and supports a range of services for local people who have specific needs.  It has to operate within limited resources (determined, in part, by rules set by central government) but works hard to ensure that services reach those people who face the greatest hardship.
