Social Services - Making a Complaint

Listening, Responding and Improving

The aim of Social Services is to make sure that local people get the best possible care at times when they need our help.

However, there may be occasions when you are unhappy with what we are doing, or feel that you are being denied the help you need. When this happens, you have the right to complain.

If you are unhappy with what we are doing we would advise that you first contact your Care Manager or Social Worker. However if you would prefer an informal conversation about making a complaint please feel free to call the Customer Care Co-Ordinator on 01628 796721.
