Ascot Volunteer Bureau

This is a charity whose main purpose is to provide transport for residents of Ascot and Sunningdale - taking them to appointments at GP surgeries, hospitals, dentists and the like. The service is mostly (though not exclusively) used by elderly residents who no longer drive.
Volunteer drivers are used. For more details contact 01344 625520 or visit the Ascot Volunteer Bureau website, which includes details of some neighbouring schemes and other useful links.

People to Places ShopMobility

A local charity, based in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, which provides specialist accessible transport for people with disabilities and mobility problems. For details of how to register as a member call 01628 587920/1 or go to the People2Places website.
