Who to Contact if you Suspect Abuse

If the adult in question is in immediate danger or in need of medical attention,
or there has been a crime committed e.g. rape or an assault,
or there is a need to protect forensic evidence:

Contact the Emergency Services immediately - Dial 999

To make a Safeguarding referral, or for advice, contact the Social Services Department at the earliest opportunity.

During Working Hours contact:

If it is an adult with a learning disability contact:
The Community Team for People with a Learning Disability on 01628 670117

Or if it is an adult with a mental health concern contact:
The Community Mental Health Team 01628 626948
