If you receive a Personal Budget from the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead through Adult Services, our new Access to Leisure package is for you!

Come along and have a chat to our staff and we can offer you gym, swimming, yoga, pilates, dance, aerobics and SMILE activities all prepaid on your Advantage Card!

• Regular exercise can improve your health and strength
• Help reduce the likelihood of falling with our special stability classes
• Guidance on re-enablement - to get you back on your feet
• Make new friends and get out and about more often

Book a leisure centre assessment so we can work out an exercise plan to suit you and your needs

Step 3:

Welcome to a new world of regular exercise to improve your health and meet new friends!

We have regular taster sessions where you can come along and try activities on offer to see what you would like to do on a regular basis.
