Join a SMILE or 50+ club

There are 40 different sessions in the Borough, and you don't need any equipment or skill because we provide the coaching advice and equipment and we even take your blood pressure!

You can carrying on attending SMILE sessions for as long as you like, you could also supplement these sessions with an At Home Workout book. Ask your coach at your session for a book and a workout kit - very simple chair based exercises to supplement your workout.

FREE Swimming

FREE swimming at the Magnet on 01628 633899 and Windsor 01753 850004 is available throughout the week, Monday to Friday 2pm-4pm for all over 60s. At all public times swimming is only £1.65 for the over 60s and the pools are open from 6.30am most mornings - give them a ring.

BodyZone SMILE sessions

An ideal way to meet new friends at the BodyZone Gyms for £3.30 at the following times:

Magnet Leisure Centre - any day before 4pm

Windsor Leisure Centre - any day before 4pm

Charters Leisure Centre - Monday - Friday 4.30pm-11pm, Saturday-Sunday 9.30am-6pm, School Holidays 9am-11pm
