It is the responsibility of the Environment Agency to investigate and prosecute anyone caught fly-tipping. Contact the Environment Agency on 0800 807060 and report what you have seen. Alternatively, contact the police on 01753 506000.

If you are aware of some waste which has been dumped on public highway, the Authority is able to assist in its removal.

  1. A manhole cover in the road outside my property is loose and rattles and bangs every time a vehicle drives over it. Who can I contact to get this fixed?
