Registrars Fees for Ceremonies

Ceremonies in the Ceremony Room at the register office in Maidenhead

For weddings and civil partnerships taking place between 1st April 2011 and 31st March 2012

Weekday Ceremonies (Monday to Thursday)	£100.00
Friday and Saturday Ceremonies	£150.00

For weddings and civil partnerships taking place between 1st April 2012 and 31st March 2013

Weekday Ceremonies (Monday to Thursday)	£130.00
Friday and Saturday Ceremonies	£200.00

The Ceremony room is not available for Sunday bookings

There is also a statutory fee of £3.50 for the marriage or civil partnership certificate which is payable on the day of the ceremony.

The ceremony fee is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.. Payment can be made by cash or cheque (supported by a valid card) for personal callers, or by debit or credit card over the phone. The statutory fee (£3.50) for the marriage / Civil Partnership certificate is payable on the day of your ceremony.

For weddings and civil partnerships at approved venues in the Royal Borough, including the Guildhall, the fees are for the attendance of the Registrars only and £100 of the fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. These fees are also payable by debit or credit card for telephone or personal callers.You will need to check with the venue if there is an additional cost for the ceremony room (which is the case for the Guildhall.) list of approved venues. / The Guildhall

Private Citizenship Ceremonies

These fees are payable by cash, cheque or credit / debit card at the time of booking and £100 of the fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
