Registrars Fees for Ceremonies

For a wedding ceremony or Civil partnership in the Ceremony Room at the register office in Maidenhead, the cost is £83.50 from Monday to Thursday and £103.50 on Friday and Saturday. This fee is made up of £80.00 or £100.00 for the ceremony and £3.50 for your marriage certificate.

The fee for the ceremony is payable at the time of booking the ceremony and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.. Payment can be made by cash or cheque (supported by a valid card) for personal callers, or by debit or credit card over the phone.

For weddings and civil partnerships at approved venues in the Royal Borough, including the Guildhall, the fees are for the attendance of the Registrars only and include a £100 non-refundable deposit. These fees are also payable by debit or credit card for telephone or personal callers.You will need to check with the venue if there is an additional cost for the ceremony room (which is the case for the Guildhall.) list of approved venues. / The Guildhall

Baby Naming and Re-affirmation ceremonies

These fees are payable by cash, cheque or credit / debit card at the time of booking and include a £100 non refundable deposit.
