How long will it take for the Council to find out if a piece of

This will depend upon demand and also if there is a need for a
detailed plan to be submitted to the Council. If the level of
enquiries remain manageable, and provided all necessary details
have been provided to us, then a telephone response can
normally be given within one working day. If reference to the
Council's deeds is required then it may take a little
longer.
