Property Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, provided the precise location of the land concerned can be accurately described i.e.

We need to know the boundaries of the land in question, and if possible the full postal address. Sometimes boundaries are difficult to describe over the telephone, therefore adjacent features i.e. road names, playing field names, or other property addresses may help to identify the particular land enquiry, but for a more precise answer, a plan showing the exact boundaries can be submitted to us by fax or post or email (contact details below).

For land or property with a postal code address or which can be described accurately without a detailed plan, enquiries may be submitted online via our Property and Land Enquiry Form. There is no charge at present for this service.
