Supplementary Planning

Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) form part of the Local Development Framework (LDF), expanding or adding detail to policies laid out in Development Plan Documents, or a saved policy from the existing development plan.

Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) is no longer produced under the new planning system but adopted SPG remains as a material consideration. Details are also provided of other adopted and emerging policy documents.
