Retail and Leisure Study

The Retail and Leisure Study was published in April 2006.  The study considers the retail needs and capacity for future development within the Royal Borough's main centres.  The study includes an assessment or 'health check' of current retail performance based upon household surveys and various indicators. The main centres are also assessed in terms of their provision for commercial leisure uses.

An Executive Summary of the Study is available to download below.  Unfortunately due to the size of the final reports, it has not been possible to publish them in full to download.  Those wishing to access to document in full may arrange to view it at the Council's receptions at the Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead and York House, Sheet Street, Windsor.  Alternatively, copies of the studies can be purchased at a cost of £50 with the study's appendices an additional £50.  Prices are inclusive of postage and packaging.
