Retail Capacity Study

The Windsor and Maidenhead Retail Capacity Update Study was published in November 2009. It considers the capacity for further convenience and comparison goods floorspace within the Royal Borough's main centres.

An Executive Summary of the Study is available to download below. Those wishing to access the document in full may arrange to view it at the Council's reception at the Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead. Alternatively, copies of the study can be ordered at a cost of £75 inclusive of postage and packaging, or emailed for the same cost (please see the Planning Policy Publications Guide for payment details). Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible, subject to availability. Please note that orders can be fulfilled considerably more quickly if the report is emailed than if a hard copy is requested.
