Planning Policy

The Planning Policy Unit is responsible for local planning policy including the Local Plan and the emerging Local Development Framework, and strategic development advice. This includes the production of technical reports, development briefs, monitoring and demographic information. Advice is also provided on the historic environment including Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings and archaeology.
