The Interpretation of Policies R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 (Public Open Space Provision) Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) was originally adopted in February 2003 with updates adopted in May 2004 and February 2005. The SPG outlines detailed policy on the provision of public open space, including qualitative standards for new development.
